Once home to our much-loved horse, Harris, this former stable is now a peaceful countryside retreat, with an en-suite and private wood-fired hot tub.

My partner and I had a wonderful 2-night stay here - a lovely serene escape very near Lincoln but in a calm countryside location. Jane was a very welcoming and generous host. The room was comfortable, stylish and quiet - we slept really well. Breakfast was delicious, including smoked salmon bagels - such a treat having it delivered to us in the morning. It was also a real treat being able to use the beautiful sauna. The B&B location is very handy for breaking a journey back south from the north of England.

The Harris Room has its own private, exclusive use wood-fired hot tub. On the day you arrive just let us know a time you are hoping to arrive and the tub will be lit and heating up. If you are staying a second night fire lighters and kindling will be available so you can reheat and jump in again.

Our Cedar Barrel Sauna is tucked away in a corner of our garden. It is bookable for private hour long sessions and if you booked direct on our website, as a thank you it is a free perk!

The Harris Room has an en-suite wet room - it is our largest one. It’s a spacious fully tiled floor, and characterful Yorkshire boarding. Complete with plush towels, bath robes and Bath House Designer Toiletries.
